Property and Cancelation Policies :

Payment due in full upon booking

Payment is 100% refundable up until 60 days from check in

Payment is 50% refund or credit if canceled between 60 and 30 days prior to check in

0% refund if canceled within 30 days of stay

For bookings between 3 to 11 months, we require a security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent.

We require a security deposit equivalent of 2 months rent.
